Pauline is patient, has a calm voice, steps out instructions and cares about student learning and well-being. She is excellent at working with students with learning difficulties.

Pauline understands the students’ academic levels and learning difficulties. Pauline is then able to find solutions to enable the individual student to learn different topics. I would rate her ability to teach students with learning difficulties as excellent.
